Meet Patty Coleman

Since entering the title industry in 1981, Patty Coleman has worked her way up from handling customer service to senior closer and finally to manager for Edina Realty Title’s Maplewood Closing Center .  She also earned a Certificate of Recognition for handling the largest monthly volume of closings in the company and was chosen to be the company’s closer for new construction transactions.

“When I process a closing, I monitor the files carefully from the beginning to the final closing meeting.  Communication is key and I make sure everyone involved in the transaction is kept well informed.  I also ensure that they feel comfortable and understand what they are signing.  I make a point of handling all situations in a professional manner, no matter how stressful they may become.  This job offers me some wonderful benefits, too,” she adds.  “I get to meet, work with and help interesting new people every day.”
